Jubile Celebrations June 2022
The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Like many other villages, towns and cities around the country, Barrow upon Trent will celebrate the 70 years of our Queen's reign. The Bank Holiday weekend will cover Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June. The festivities in Barrow upon Trent will be on Friday 3rd June. The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 10th May 2022 at 6.30pm. All village groups are invited to attend or send their reports to be read out. This will be followed by the Annual Meeting at 7pm

Queens Jubilee Celebrations
Plans are well under way to Celebrate the Queens Jubilee on Friday 3rd June 2022. A street Party is being organised by village groups and Parishioner's. There will be a decorated hat/crown competition run by the WI (more details to follow), Bouncy Castel, Circus skills entertainer with a chance for you to join in, a magician, Ice Cream Van, Steel Band plus lots more.
