Parish Council Cottages
Barrow Upon Trent Parish Council owns 10 grade II listed cottages these were built in 1879 in the Village. These are made up of 8 one bed and 2 two bed cottages. They are available to rent to people who meet the criteria set by the Parish Council currently this is somebody who has lived in the Parish and been on the electoral role for 5 years or more or their parent or child. To be accepted you must also be over the age of 18. On the offer of a cottage a full credit check will be carried out and 2 references will be required one from your employer. If you would be interested in renting one of the cottages then please speak to the Clerk or complete the application form found on this site. A full set of rules and regulations is available from the Clerk if required.
There is a strict No Pets policy at the Cottages.
